This group started as a group to support parents who lost children to violence. Wanting to be inclusive and realizing our community needed a group for healing of any loss (your child, sister, brother, parent, etc.), it became a broader grief support group.
Bilingual service every other Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm in the Sanctuary
Childcare is not provided
What to expect:
- Check-in circles
- Sharing-based therapy
- Different therapies and speakers (art, music, etc)
This group is a partnership between Metropolitan Family Services, New Life Centers, and La Villita Community Church
